When you register for a TrailBreak event or contact us, we collect information such as:

Parent/guardian name, phone number, and email
Child’s name, age, allergies, and emergency contacts
Payment info (processed securely through trusted platforms)

We use this information to:

Register and safely care for your child
Communicate with you about programs
Improve our services and respond to questions

We may also collect anonymous data (like site traffic) to improve the website experience. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.

How We Keep It Safe

We store your information securely and limit access to only those who need it (like our Camp Director).
Medical and emergency data is stored in protected documents and is only accessed in the context of program safety.
Payments are handled through secure third-party services — TrailBreak SLC does not store your credit card information.

Different jurisdictions have different legal obligations of what must be included in a Privacy Policy. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location.

Your Rights & Choices

You can:

Request to view, correct, or delete your information at any time
Opt out of email communications
Ask us not to use your child’s photo (we’ll always ask permission first)
